Working Principle
1. The bag need manually to the discharge spout, there will be a photoelectric sensor switch, the bag will automatic clamp when push the switch.
2. Your materials will firstly go to the buffer hopper and then be filled into the bag via the screw feeding parts. The filling flow is controlled by the PLC system and three-travel air cylinder feeding speed with Fast-Medium-Slow.
3. When the bag is filled fully, the bag clamping device will automatic open.
4. The bag will be conveying by the automatic conveyor.
5. Sewing or heat sealing the bag automatically.
Working Process
Automatic filling → automatic weighing in weighing hopper → manually bag placing → automatic bag clamped → materials automatic discharge into the bag → automatic bag loose → automatic conveying → automatic bag closed by sewing/heat sealing
