A:Before send to you the packing machine, we will installation and testing welled then whole set packed in the wooden box, so you no need installation again,when you received it, you can start working, also we will supply the installation catalogue or video online, if necessary we can dispatch enigneers to your site.

A:One year whole machine guarantee, any parts have problems, we will change it free and provide spare parts for you.
Q:4, How to avoid machine broken when transport?
A:The packing machine inner package with stretch film anti-rust, out package with export wooden box and metal frame, avoid machine broken, also we will provide spare parts for replace if broken.
